Learning and good nutrition does not end when school lets out.  The Bladen County Schools Seamless Summer Feeding Program funded by the US Department of Agriculture, helps provide FREE nutritious meals to children and youth under the age of 18 so they are better fueled with healthy food to learn and grow during the summer.

Beginning June 18 through July 31, free breakfast and lunch will be available at any of the following locations: Bladenboro Middle School, Elizabethtown Middle School, and West Bladen High School. Stop by any of these locations between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, to enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast and lunch meal at no cost.

If you are conducting a summer service camp, bible school, day camp, enrichment program, athletic camp, community center program, parks and recreation program, library program, or small licensed home daycare and childcare center that do not operate under CACFP then you are eligible to provide free meals through the Bladen County Schools Summer Feeding program. Contact the Bladen County Schools Summer Feeding Manager at 910-862-4136 to find out how you can participate in the program.
