National Board Certification Workshop

The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is proud to sponsor a NCDPI Symposium on National Board Certification “Elevating the Profession through the National Board Certification Process” Who should attend? Teachers interested in becoming a candidate for National Board Certification (not current candidates)

July 13-14, 2015
8:30 am – 4:00 pm daily

North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE)
Raleigh, NC
Topics to be discussed are:  The National Board Certification application process,  Details pertaining to eligibility, certificate areas, and fees,  An overview of the Five Core Propositions, certificate standards, component instructions and scoring,  How to get assistance achieving certification.
