Federal Programs

The Federal Programs Department is responsible for the general oversight of all federally funded programs and grants received by the district.  There are multiple departments that receive federal funds across the district including the following:  Exceptional Children (EC), Career and Technical Education (CTE), Homeless Education, Title I, Title II, and Title III, Title IV, and RLIS programs.  Our office provides technical support, programmatic compliance, and guidance to all stakeholders that utilize federal funds to improve the instructional programs of Bladen County Schools.   

Our mission is to ensure that federal and state educational funds contribute to the goal of all students meeting or exceeding rigorous state standards.
