Inclusive Educational Programs

Bladen County Schools is committed to providing an inclusive education that meets the needs of all students. Our goal is to ensure every child has access to the supports, services, and opportunities they need to thrive.

  • Exceptional Children (EC): Specialized instruction and services are provided for students with disabilities to support academic, social, and emotional growth.

  • Academically or Intellectually Gifted (AIG): Enrichment opportunities and advanced learning experiences are offered to challenge students who demonstrate high academic or intellectual ability.

  • Section 504: Students with disabilities who do not require special education may receive accommodations to ensure equal access to learning.

  • Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): A framework that provides academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports at increasing levels of intensity based on student need.

Through these programs, Bladen County Schools works to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student can succeed.
