Mr. Autry is a part-time Agricutural Education teacher at West Bladen High. He teaches two classes, in the mornings, each semester.  He is also an FFA Advisor.

Mr. Dowless teaches welding at West Bladen High School but is actually employed by Bladen Community College.

Tammy Cheralle Elliott began teaching at West Bladen High School as a part time teacher.  She was a shared position between East Bladen High School and West Bladen High School.  In 2019-2020, she became a full time teacher at West Bladen.  She teaches Foods I and Child Development.  She has over 20 years experience working in the human services field. 

Mr. Henry is a member of the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department at West Bladen.  He teaches business courses, specifically, Multimedia, Personal Finance, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, and Career Management. He began teaching at West Bladen at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year. He worked 30 years in the banking industry before coming to West Bladen.  Mr. Henry is currently working on his teaching licensure at North Carolina State University.

Mrs. Johnson began teaching in 2016. She was a staff nurse for 12 years prior to begiining her teaching career.

At West Bladen, Mrs. Marsh teaches Foods and Nutrition I and Foods and Nutrition II. She is the advisor for the West Bladen Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Chapter and the West Bladen National Technical Honor Society (NTHS).

Ms. Orr began teaching at West Bladen High School in 2021. She is from Gray's Creek and has been teaching Agriculture Education for 8 years.

Mrs. Roberson has been an educator since 2001.

Mr. Stewart began teaching at West Bladen High School in 2021. He teaches Logistics and Drone Technologies. 

Mrs. Todd began her teaching career after a career as a nurse. She is the varsity cheerleading coach at West Bladen.
