Elizabethtown Middle School is excited to announce the opening of their Community Donation & Distribution Station, a resource designed to help meet the needs of students, families, and members of our community.
This project was made possible through our partnership with Community Schools and Student U, under the leadership of our Community Schools Coordinator, Ms. Anastasia Chapman. Ms. Chapman spearheaded the initiative by planning the project, securing funding, and collaborating with MS Consultant Division, LLC to turn this vision into a reality.
The Donation & Distribution Station represents another important step in Elizabethtown Middle School's commitment to serving our community and strengthening the connection between our school and the families we serve. It also builds upon the success of the Family Resource Center, which was established at the school last year to provide additional support and resources for students and their families.
Community members are invited to participate by donating nonperishable food items and other essential goods. Donations can be placed in the donation station located in front of the school. Those in need are also encouraged to visit the station and take the items they need. We simply ask everyone to follow the guiding principle: "Take what you need, leave what you don't." By working together, we can ensure this resource remains available for everyone who needs it.
Individuals or organizations interested in making larger donations that directly support Elizabethtown Middle School students and families are encouraged to contact Ms. Chapman at the Family Resource Center, located inside Elizabethtown Middle School.
