This morning, the Bladenboro Rotary Club presented Bladenboro Primary School and Bladenboro Middle School each with a $1,000 donation generated through their annual golf tournament.

We are grateful for the continued partnership and generosity of our community organizations. Present for the check presentation were Rotarians Jeff Smith, Eddie Walters, Tim and Pam Benton, along with Superintendent Dr. Jason Atkinson, Deputy Superintendent Ann Brown, and principals Jennifer Marlowe and John Ammons, respectfully.

All week, these talented educators have been learning and preparing for the year ahead with district administrators and NC New Teacher Support Program Instructional Coach, Carrie Brewington. Through the district’s Beginning Teacher program, these educators will continue to receive guidance, resources, and encouragement throughout their first three years in the classroom — because great teaching grows with great support.
