What a great week of basketball! Our student-athletes brought their A-game and showed incredible sportsmanship on the court.

Monday - Girls Tournament: Elizabethtown Middle School defeated Clarkton School of Discovery in a hard-fought matchup, while Bladenboro Middle School came out on top against Tar Heel School.

Tuesday - Boys Tournament: The boys brought the energy! Bladenboro Middle secured their win against Tar Heel School, and Clarkton School of Discovery pulled off a victory over Elizabethtown Middle School.

Notice of Regular Scheduled Meeting

The Bladen County Board of Education will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, January 12, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Board Room at the District Administration Building.

This is an official meeting and action items and personnel matters will be on the agenda, as per NCGS 143.318.11 (a) (1); and to consult with an attorney, if needed, as per NCGS 143.318.11 (a) (3).

Center for Safer Schools is marking National Human Trafficking Awareness Day by wearing Blue on Monday, January 12.

Her commitment to West Bladen High school and community events, combined with her polite manner and dependability, makes her a positive example for peers throughout the school.
