Yesterday was an incredible day of professional learning with our Bladen County Schools principals and district administrators! It was great to have Dr. Leslie Eason from FranklinCovey back for a powerful full-day training on the Four Disciplines of Execution for Educators.

Our school and district leaders dove deep into strategic planning, focusing on their respective WIGs (Wildly Important Goals) that will drive student success across our district.

The energy in the room was contagious as we sharpened our focus on what matters most—moving our schools from good to great!

When our leaders grow, our schools thrive. 💙
